The ‘Musos club jam night’ has been one of the longest running events (began over 15 years ago) of it’s type in Sydney and has been emulated by many but surpassed by none.       

The Jam provides a chance for musicians, young and old, professional and amateur, to gather and play music, it supplies a house band, consisting of Jim Finn on drums, Al Britton on Bass.

Guitarists are, PJ O'Brien on Tuesdays, Tony Pedroza Wednesdays and Paul Surany Thursdays who provide their back line equipment and musical expertise when called upon. We will still slip in special guests when they are in town.

Jammers are provided the opportunity to study and jam with the professional and semi professional musicians who regularly show up.

A monthly special guest artist is incorporated with the jam and it has been successful in lifting the profile of the event, with professional performers making their appearance who have national and international experience.

Band competitions can be run in conjunction with the jam, from time to time to encourage younger players, and prizes of recording time and gigs can be offered to the winning contestants

Friendships have been forged; bands have been formed… proving that a collective musical energy will succeed with the right forum to nurture it.
